Our Influencers Gathering has been life-giving for me! The emphasis on the importance of really loving each other and deepening our friendships is John 15:15 being manifested each time we gather. It really has been a place where everyone is known and celebrated.

Being in the Influencers Gathering, I have met friends that I know will be lasting and life giving from all over the region. These people have poured into me and have also been vulnerable, which helped me to do the same. I have also had personal growth that I never dreamt of and had been trying to tackle for years. Insecurities fell off as I realized that I wasn’t alone in some of my struggles. They were being loved out of me without me even realizing it. I got to be me without anything else and accepted where I was which helped pull me up. I look forward to these gatherings more than any other group.

When responding to the invitation to explore the possibility of starting the Influencers Gathering we asked to gather and focus on building relationships rather than following an agenda. The central theme was to meet but not to do anything. I understood how this concept works for building one-on-one relationships, but wasn’t sure how it would translate to group settings. But I’ve learned that it does translate! Over time, I have applied this principle to my personal life by bringing relationships to the forefront of anything I do.
